Role Overview
We are a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) seeking an experienced and responsible Project
Manager to lead the PMC team deployed at Jaipur National University.
The Project Manager will serve as the site leader and single point of responsibility for the PMC team.
The role requires strong leadership, commercial and billing knowledge, staff management, stakeholder
coordination, and the ability to maintain discipline and accountability across the project.
A central responsibility is to review, verify, and certify contractor and vendor bills, ensuring that
quantities, measurements, work progress, approvals, and supporting documentation are accurate
before certification.
Key Responsibilities
Billing, BOQ & Commercial Control
Review, verify, and certify RA bills, final bills, contractor bills, vendor bills, and other project-




related bills.
Verify billed quantities against the BOQ, approved drawings, site measurements, work orders, and
actual executed quantities.
¢ Confirm that all required supporting documents, measurements, approvals, and records are
available before certification.
¢ Identify discrepancies, excess quantities, deviations, and non-BOQ items before recommending
bills for payment.
¢ Monitor variations, extra items, change orders, and their commercial implications.
¢ Maintain accurate records and ensure transparency throughout the billing and certification
process.
