MyGigsters is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own marketing end-to-end for a self-serve fintech SaaS platform built for gig workers globally. You'll set the strategy and also run the campaigns yourself, across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, working closely with founders, product, sales, and customer success to drive inbound growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Plan and run paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta): targeting, creative briefs, budget, optimisation
2. Run search and display ad campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
3. Own SEO and AEO: technical, on-page, content/link-building fundamentals, and optimising for AI-driven answer engines
4. Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting named accounts/segments alongside sales
5. Build and run email marketing campaigns: nurture sequences, newsletters, lifecycle flows
6. Manage social media presence across platforms: content calendar, posting, community engagement
7. Explore and run podcast marketing, online events, and targeted drive campaigns for lead magnets
8. Maintain and update the website,



including campaign landing pages
9. Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, or similar)
10. Manage CRM/marketing automation for lead flow and hygiene
11. Use AI tools (Claude Code and similar) to improve marketing speed and output
12. Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to scope and prioritise marketing initiatives
13. Champion marketing across all stakeholders, internal and external

Required skills and qualifications:
- Fintech and/or B2B SaaS marketing experience (hard requirement, non-negotiable)
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience
- Hands-on experience running paid social and search ad campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, content)
- Experience building and running email/lifecycle campaigns
- Experience running ABM campaigns
