Job Summary

Looking for a skilled Zendesk Developer with hands-on experience in Zendesk development, administration, integrations, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom Zendesk apps using ZAF.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON & OAuth 2.0.
- Customize Zendesk Guide using Curlybars, HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Configure triggers, automations, macros, SLAs, ticket forms, custom fields and routing.
- Manage users, roles, groups, permissions and omnichannel setup.
- Build Zendesk Explore dashboards and reports.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration and data-sync issues.
- Manage sandbox environments, releases, documentation and runbooks.
- Collaborate with business,



support and engineering teams.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of Zendesk development/administration.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML & CSS.
- REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0 & Webhooks.
- Backend experience with Node.js / Python / PHP / Ruby.
- Production experience with Zendesk workflows and business rules.
- Git and structured deployment practices.
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Java: 3 years (Required)
- CSS: 2 years (Required)
- HTML: 3 years (Required)
