Position 1: Design Engineer Automotive Interior (0–6 Years Experience)

Experience Required:

0–6 years of relevant experience in Automotive Interior Design

Software Requirement:
- CATIA (Mandatory)

Key Skills & Expertise:
- Solid experience in Instrument Panel (IP) and Door Trim design
- Hands-on experience in automotive interior components development
- 3D modeling and detailing using CATIA (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting)
- Knowledge of plastic part design, manufacturing feasibility, and GD&T;
- Exposure to OEM/Tier-1 development processes
- Understanding of tooling feasibility, DFMEA, and DFM guidelines
- Experience in design validation and release process

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of IP and Door Trim components
- Creation and modification of 3D models and 2D drawings
- Coordination with cross-functional teams (CAE, Manufacturing, Tooling)
- Support prototype builds and production issue resolution
- Ensure design compliance with OEM standards and quality norms
