Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage antivirus agents (e.g., Trend Micro) across all managed endpoints.
- Ensure real-time protection, policy enforcement, and consistent update of virus definitions.
- Administer full-disk encryption solutions and handle decryption requests.
- Investigate malware infections, quarantine events, and initiate remediation workflows.
- Review endpoint health and compliance dashboards and generate periodic reports.
- Work with EUC teams to enforce USB control, device lockdown, and application whitelisting.
- Assist L3 with policy rollouts, tuning signatures, and creating exception lists.
- Perform forensic artifact collection from infected endpoints as per IR protocols.




- Participate in root cause analysis of repeated infections and provide corrective action inputs.
- Support asset onboarding and offboarding from endpoint protection platforms.

Key Skills & Certifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience with Trend Micro Apex One, Symantec, or equivalent EDR/XDR platforms.
- Valuable understanding of endpoint hardening, patching, and encryption controls.
- Familiarity with secure device lifecycle management.

Certifications:
- Trend Micro Certified Professional Apex One
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Certified
- CompTIA CySA+ optional
