Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations at bEdge Tech Services.





The role will involve managing employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR documentation and records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR activities in a rapid-paced technology and professional-services environment.

Shift Timing: 4 PM to 1 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and HR records.
- Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR processes and communication.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations activities.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and workplace issues.
