Qualifications
- Strong event production and project management skills, including experience planning and executing conferences, brand launches, offsites, and promotional events.
- Proficiency in vendor management, budgeting, cost control, and negotiation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of production elements.
- Knowledge of event technical requirements such as staging, audio-visual systems, lighting, fabrication, logistics, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, clients,



and external partners, including transparent documentation and reporting.
- Ability to lead and motivate on-ground teams, provide direction during live events, and resolve operational challenges quickly and calmly.
- Experience in event management or production, preferably within an agency or event company; familiarity with the Mumbai market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, media, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
