1. Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst who has also worked as a Product Owner to join our Digital Lending & Financial Products team. This is a functional role responsible for requirement gathering, process design, product strategy support, and cross-functional delivery across Retail and Corporate/SME Lending domains.

The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis capability, deep lending domain knowledge, and hands-on experience managing product backlogs in an Agile environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

A) Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Lead requirement gathering through workshops, interviews,



and stakeholder sessions.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and detailed process flows.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable functional requirements.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and workflow mapping across lending systems.
- Work closely with compliance, credit, operations, and risk teams for requirement validation.

B) Product Ownership
- Own and manage the product backlog for Retail Lending, SME Lending, and Corporate Lending modules.
- Prioritize user stories and features based on business value, dependencies, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams for sprint planning and execution.
- Participate in daily Agile ceremonies, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and ensure timely delivery of releases.

C) Lending Domain Expertise
- Provide functional expertise across:

o Retail Lending: Personal Loans
