Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and guidance to students, job seekers or clients.
- Assess individual needs and recommend appropriate courses, training programs or career opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
- Maintain records of counselling activities and client interactions.
- Follow up with clients regarding progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, training centers or employers.
- Organize awareness programs, workshops and seminars.
- Address client queries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.

- Knowledge of labour laws and welfare schemes will be an added advantage.
