Responsibilities:
- Monitor applications received from candidates through advertisements and employee referrals.
- Follow up with candidates and confirm recent joiners referred by employees.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Prepare daily reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Telecalling experience is preferred.
Language Requirements:
- English, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
- Candidates fluent in multiple languages will be preferred.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
