Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
- Experience working on W2 roles
- Understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
- Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
- Expertise in English proficiency.
- Exposure to technical sourcing or Boolean searches.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing or consulting environments.

Soft Skills:
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
