Job Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and control-system issues.
- Service and repair of combi ovens, dishwashers, induction equipment, fryers, burners, refrigeration equipment, ice machines and other kitchen appliances.
- Attend customer service calls and complete breakdown repairs professionally.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and AMC service visits.
- Prepare service reports, identify spare-parts requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with customers and the service coordinator for site visits and work completion.
- Travel to customer locations across Kerala as required.

Required Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical,



Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment service preferred.
- Positive knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, sensors, controllers and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at different customer sites.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
