Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Experience: 5+ years in Real Estate Sales

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in selling 2 BHK, 3 BHK flats and residential plots.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through direct sales, brokers, channel partners and references.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Solid experience in selling flats and plots.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good local market and broker network preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,001.34 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
