Job Summary

The SCM & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing supply chain coordination, inventory control, production-related documentation, vendor transactions, and accounting operations. The role requires maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material movement, handling financial transactions, GST compliance, TDS entries, and supporting day-to-day business operations through effective use of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP/Tally.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for procurement activities.
- Maintain inventory and material-related records and reports.
- Support procurement planning and supply chain documentation.

Accounts & Finance
- Maintain and process Purchase Bills and Sales Bills in Tally.
- Record purchase, sales, journal, and payment entries.
- Handle vendor payments, bank transactions, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Support GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Requirements
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts, Procurement, SCM, or Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of BOM, Purchase Orders, GST, TDS, and accounting processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Experience in handling BOM creation, Purchase Orders, Purchase Bills, Sales Bills, inventory records, and accounting operations in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across both Supply Chain and Accounts functions

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
