Position Summary: To drive business growth across Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Health Insurance portfolios. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in insurance broking or principal companies to build profitable corporate/retail portfolios, manage key relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Multiv-Vertical Business Development: Drive top-line revenue and achieve acquisition targets across LI, GI, and Health insurance products.
- Relationship Management: Act as the strategic bridge between clients and principal insurance companies. Negotiate terms, secure optimal quotes, and ensure seamless policy issuance.
- Cross-Selling & Portfolio Penetration: Analyze existing client portfolios to identify gaps in coverage and cross-sell complementary products (e.g., pitching Group Health to a Group Term Life client).
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of frontline sales professionals, equipping them with technical product knowledge across all three domains.
- Channel Strategy: Expand the distribution network,



optimize broker relationships (if working at a principal company), or expand corporate B2B client acquisition (if working at a broker).
- Renewals & Retention: Maintain high persistency and renewal rates by ensuring excellent post-sales service and claims support alignment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Core Background: Minimum 7–12 years of core sales experience strictly within Insurance Broking or Principal Insurance Companies.

Product Command: Demonstrated technical mastery of Life Insurance (Term, Endowment, ULIPs), General Insurance (Fire, Marine, Motor, Liability), and Health Insurance (Retail & Group).

Market Network: Solid existing relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and key underwriters at principal companies.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, analytical capability to structure complex risk management solutions, and robust leadership presence.
