The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and contemporary HR practices
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, case studies, simulations, and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.

- Change Management
- Develop and regularly update course content, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Adopt creative and student-centric teaching methodologies, including case studies, simulations, experiential learning, role plays, and industry projects.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, internships, and research activities.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
- Develop and participate in funded research projects, conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic collaborations.
- Establish and strengthen industry-academia partnerships with HR professionals, organizations, consultants, and professional bodies.
