- Create compelling proposal narratives, executive summaries, and client-facing content for strategic deals and RFPs.
- Transform complex technical and business inputs into explicit, persuasive, and visually engaging presentations.
- Design high-impact PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations, infographics, and visual storytelling assets.
- Develop CXO-level presentations, talking points, and proposal storyboards that influence decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to build winning proposals.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, design aesthetics, and proposal quality.
- Support large deal pursuits, RFP responses, client presentations, and proposal reviews under tight timelines.
- Create differentiated value propositions and AI-led business narratives that enhance proposal win rate.

Preferred candidate profile

10-15 years of experience in Proposal Design, Presentation Design, Executive Content Creation, Bid Management, or Storytelling roles.




- Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Visual Storytelling, Infographics, and Executive Presentations.
- Proven ability to convert complex business or technical content into clear, compelling, and client-ready narratives.
- Experience supporting RFP responses, proposals, large deal pursuits, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Exposure to Cloud, AI, Technology Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation domains preferred.
- Strong skills in content structuring, messaging hierarchy, executive summaries, and CXO communication.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with sales, architects, delivery teams, and business leaders.
- Strong design aesthetics, typography, layout discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight proposal deadlines and multiple iterations.
