We are seeking experienced *Field Quality Engineers / QC Engineers* with robust Mechanical/Pipeline expertise for Oil & Gas projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, international standards, and the Company Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform QC inspection and surveillance activities for *mechanical and pipeline works*.
* Monitor *welding, NDT, coating/painting, fabrication, installation, testing, and inspection* activities.
* Review and verify inspection records, ITPs, method statements, procedures, and quality documentation.
* Coordinate and monitor *RT, UT, MT, PT and LT/NDT* activities.
* Conduct inspections in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
* Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
* Participate in *project quality audits and QMS compliance activities*.
* Coordinate with construction, engineering, client, subcontractor, and inspection teams.
* Prepare accurate *inspection reports, quality records, NCRs, punch lists, and progress reports*.
* Ensure all quality documentation is complete and traceable for project handover.
Mandatory Qualifications
* *Bachelor's/BE in Mechanical Engineering* or Metallurgical Engineering.
* Minimum *10 years of total experience as a QC Engineer* in Oil & Gas projects.
* Strong hands-on experience in *welding, NDT, pipeline/mechanical inspection, and coating/painting*.
* *ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor – QMS* certification.
* *ASNT Level II:* RT, UT, MT and PT.
* *CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI* or equivalent certification approved by the Company.
* Experience with *project quality auditing and quality assurance/control systems*.
* Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* *Fluent English communication* skills.
