Role & responsibilities

1. Coordinate with developer, tester to understand software product functionality.
2. Learn software product feature and write Help Document shared for different audiences like users, administrators, developers
3. Maintain easy to understand flow and language in Help document
4. Create software product help videos and upload online
5. Work with UI/UX developer to create graphical content as required
6. Validate deliverables for accuracy, readability, and usability

Desired Skills:

1. Completed Graduation (English medium education is preferred)
2. Valuable written English, past experience in technical writing is mandatory
3. Good English pronunciation is mandatory for the Help Video audio recording
4. Experience with technical writing software is MUST
5. Good experience with Microsoft office
6. Experience working with Camtasia, Camstudio, or similar products for professional video recording is a MUST
7. Experience working in a software product company and recording a software product video will be given preference
