Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend WordPress Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites and backend functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites and backend systems.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionality.
- Develop custom plugins and WordPress features as required.
- Work with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, and scalability.
- Manage databases and perform regular website updates.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members.
- Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and technically optimized.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of WordPress and PHP.
- Good understanding of MySQL/database management.
- Experience with WordPress themes and plugin development.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git/version control is an advantage.
- Positive debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant WordPress development experience.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
