We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainability. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and manage café staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Develop and execute Sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.




- Oversee inventory control and supply chain management to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, secure environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹26,450.56 - ₹38,861.66 per month
