The Agiloft Administrator and support specialist works under the supervision of the Director, Corporate Systems and is responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of the Agiloft CLM application. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and business acumen to ensure application stability, scalability, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience supporting Agiloft application integrated in an Information System landscape.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), system testing, and change control processes.




- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage users, developers, and business leaders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new enterprise systems.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, FDA validation, or similar) desirable.
