Purpose of the Job:

The position is responsible for building scale in AIF business by managing Banking Partner, Top IFA and Family Office.

Key responsibilities:
- Nurture relationship with Banking Partner & Top IFA to develop Alternative Investment Business across Region
- Engage with Family office & UHNI clients to offer Nippon Alternative Investment Products.
- Increase market share and brand visibility for Nippon Alternative Investment.
- Strong Knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income, ability to impart Knowledge & conduct seminars.
- Handle regional distributors and institutions for achieving sales targets through strategic initiatives.

Role Specific Competencies:
- Has strong flair for investment advisory and is well informed on the financial market and the economic conditions, skill set of being a cohesive team player

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:
- MBA or C.A with minimum 7-12 years of experience.
- Should have experience in institutional/ private banking / wealth management space
- Metro market handling experiences a must
- AMFI Certification is Compulsory
