Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond, and Rise 360.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality course content that meets client requirements.
- Develop interactive simulations, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Ensure seamless integration of LMS platforms for easy deployment and tracking of course progress.

Job Requirements :
- 2-9 years of experience in Instructional Design or a related field (Learning & Development).
- Proficiency in creating interactive e-learning modules using various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond, Rise 360.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
