? Role: Territory Sales Manager – Fleet Sales

The TSM will be responsible for
fleet acquisition, customer engagement, territory development and revenue growth
across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:





• Identify and onboard new Fleet Owners & Transporters

• Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing fleet customers

• Promote Gro’s fleet solutions, digital products and cost-optimisation services

• Understand fleet owners’ business challenges and recommend suitable solutions

• Conduct regular field visits
and customer meetings

• Deliver product demonstrations and explain the business value of Gro solutions

• Drive customer acquisition, product adoption and revenue growth

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities

• Develop new channels and strengthen the local fleet ecosystem

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention

• Coordinate with
Operations, Product & Customer Support Teams
for issue resolution

• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor insights

• Contribute to territory-level sales strategy, planning and performance repo
