Job Description – Finance, Accounts & ComplianceEligibility / Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA, or CA (Inter) with CS qualification (CS is compulsory).
- Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply.
- Candidates awaiting final results may also be considered based on their overall profile.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; Articleship experience will be considered.
- Good understanding of:
- Accounting principles
- Taxation
- Corporate laws
- Working knowledge of:
- Companies Act, 2013
- GST
- TDS
- ROC compliances
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Finance & Accounts
- Prepare and analyse financial statements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Monitor budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow/working capital planning.




- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

2. Secretarial & Corporate Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
- Manage and coordinate ROC filings.
- Prepare Board meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Support corporate governance practices.
- Liaise with ROC authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

3. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Support preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Assist with tax assessments and related proceedings.
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory filings and compliances.

4. MIS & Business Finance
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
