About the Role

We are looking for a
B2B SaaS Sales Executive
to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiations, closures and payment collection.

This is
not a script-based telecalling role
.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Handle objections and negotiations
- Close monthly and annual subscriptions
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS, software, CRM, ERP or technology sales experience




- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Proven prospecting and closing ability
- Experience selling to business owners or senior decision-makers
- Comfortable with cold calling, online demos and client visits
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle

Preferred:
Experience in CRM, ERP, cloud telephony, field-service or business automation software.

Languages:
English required; Telugu/Hindi preferred.

Performance Expectations
- 15–20 product demonstrations/month
- 4–6 new customers/month
- ₹2–₹4 lakh in monthly collections
