Collection Manager – Real Estate

Location: Pune
Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage collection of brokerage and consultancy fees from developers.
- Regularly follow up with developer Accounts and Finance teams for pending payments.
- Track project-wise and developer-wise outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for payment reconciliation and documentation.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely closure of outstanding amounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS and ageing reports.
- Build strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Graduate with 3–6 years of experience in Collections or Receivables.
- Real Estate / Channel Partner / Property Consultancy experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
