Job Overview -Junior Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth coordination and movement of materials across our Solar, UPS and Battery divisions. The ideal candidate will have good organizational and coordination skills to manage material requirements, inventory, inward and outward activities, logistics, documentation and timely delivery to project and service sites. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and regular coordination with Purchase, Stores, Projects, Service, Sales, Accounts and other internal teams to ensure efficient material and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilitie s:
- Material Planning Coordination - Coordinate material requirements for UPS,



Solar and Battery projects/services and ensure timely availability.
- Inventory Stock Control - Maintain accurate stock records, monitor minimum/maximum levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Inward Outward Management - Verify, record and coordinate receipt, issue and dispatch of materials with proper documentation.
- Logistics Delivery Coordination - Arrange and track transportation, ensuring timely and protected delivery of materials to customer/project sites.
- Project/Site Material Support - Coordinate with Project and Service teams for site requirements, material allocation, shortages and returns.
- Material Documentation MIS - Maintain PO, DC, GRN, material issue/return records, PODs and prepare required daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Material Reconciliation Control - Track material consumption, unused/returned materials, damages and discrepancies, ensuring proper reconciliation.
