Job Summary

Motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience supporting lead generation,

prospect qualification, client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify potential customers and generate new leads.

● Research targets companies, industries, and decision-makers.

● Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.

● Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget, timeline, and decision process.

● Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.

● Understand basic customer requirements and coordinate with senior sales or technical teams.

● Prepare introductory presentations, proposals, and quotations as required.

● Follow up consistently and maintain lead status.

● Update CRM records and sales pipeline.

● Support senior team members in negotiations and closures.





● Prepare regular lead and activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1–2 years of Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales experience.

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Good interpersonal, presentation, and follow-up skills.

● Basic understanding of IT/software services preferred.

● Lead generation and qualification skills.

● Comfortable with outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting.

● CRM knowledge preferred.

● Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ideal Candidate

Solid communication, ownership, target orientation, professional conduct, and relationship-management

ability.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
