As a Social Media Intern at Fitistan, you'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram and other digital platforms. You will get hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, audience engagement, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, active on social media, understands current trends, and is excited to build engaging content for a rapid-growing fitness and wellness brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Ideate creative concepts for Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Assist in shooting, editing, and publishing engaging Reels and social media content.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral content formats, sounds, hashtags, and audience trends.
- Support influencer identification, outreach, coordination,



and brand collaborations.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and relevant interactions.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online/offline events, contests, fitness challenges, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
- Research competitors and identify new content and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and content teams for timely execution of campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social media platforms.

Skills Required:
