1. Civil Site Engineer

Roles:
- Oversee construction projects on-site.
- Ensure plans and designs are followed accurately.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and labor teams.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Inspect materials and workmanship for quality.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Prepare progress reports and update project schedules.
- Solve technical problems on-site.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E/B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Construction knowledge, blueprint reading, project supervision.
- Leadership, attention to detail, safety-conscious, valuable communication.

2. Surveyor

Roles:
- Measure and map land or construction sites.
- Provide data for design, planning, and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys using instruments like theodolites or GPS.
- Prepare maps, plans, and reports.
- Ensure measurements are accurate for construction or legal purposes.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects for project planning.




- Check site boundaries and levels before construction.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Geomatics.
- Use of surveying instruments, map interpretation, site measurements.
- Accurate, analytical, good communication, able to work outdoors.

3. Plant Operator

Roles:
- Operate and maintain machinery in construction, manufacturing, or processing plants.
- Ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Start, monitor, and control machinery.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Record production data and machine performance.
- Report malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow operational and safety procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Industrial field.
- Operate and maintain machinery, safety procedures, troubleshooting.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, physically fit, quick learner.
