Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Claude Science User to work on a contract basis. The role involves operating and refining AI models to improve their performance and accuracy. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify model strengths and areas for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and evaluate AI models, including Claude, to assess their performance and reliability.

• Provide detailed feedback on model outputs to inform improvements in accuracy and usability.

• Collaborate with science teams to identify patterns and trends in model behavior.

• Document findings and recommendations for model optimization and future development.

• Participate in iterative testing and validation processes for AI model enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience operating or evaluating AI models, including large language models.





• Familiarity with model performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.

• Ability to analyze model outputs and identify patterns or inconsistencies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and feedback.

• Background in computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
