Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve output targets.
- Manage plastic injection moulding and assembly line operations.
- Lead and develop production operators and supervisors.
- Monitor productivity, machine utilization, and minimize downtime.
- Ensure product quality by coordinating with the QA/QC team.
- Implement process improvements to reduce rejection and improve efficiency.
- Maintain production records, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, and Planning for smooth operations.
- Ensure workplace safety and 5S practices across the production floor.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years in production/manufacturing line operations.
- Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Plastic Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding and assembly processes.
- Proven experience in team handling and shop floor management.
- Exposure to manufacturing and quality audits.
- Experience in the plastic moulding industry is an added advantage.
