About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Event Sales Manager to generate and convert business through hotel partnerships, corporate accounts, weddings and the wider hospitality and events network.

The ideal candidate will have solid relationships within the hotel and hospitality industry and a proven ability to generate qualified leads, build client relationships, negotiate commercial terms and independently close event business.

This is a business development and revenue-focused role with responsibility for achieving sales and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through hotel empanelment, hotel partnerships, corporate accounts, MICE, wedding clients and event networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel sales teams, banquet managers, corporate decision-makers, wedding planners,



event agencies and hospitality partners.
- Leverage existing hotel and hospitality relationships to generate qualified event leads and business opportunities.
- Identify new corporate, wedding, MICE and hospitality accounts and develop them into long-term business relationships.
- Present and pitch VStar's event management, décor, hospitality, entertainment and related event solutions to prospective clients and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, negotiations and regular follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations and customised solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation, closure and handover to the execution team.
- Negotiate with clients and partners while protecting company margins and ensuring commercially viable business.
