We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team and drive commercial real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
- Identify and connect with corporate clients looking for office spaces, coworking spaces, and commercial properties.
- Handle the complete sales cycle - lead generation, client meetings, property visits, negotiations, follow-ups and closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Conduct regular client meetings and property/site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers and coworking operators.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with all stakeholders until transaction closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strong market knowledge of Hyderabads key commercial real estate micro-markets.

Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales ,



preferably in real estate.
- Candidates with experience in commercial real estate / corporate real estate / office leasing will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in residential real estate with solid sales and negotiation skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Telugu is mandatory.
- Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Must be confident and comfortable meeting corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler/bike and a valid driving licence.
- Must be well-groomed, presentable and professional.
- Should be target-oriented, energetic and comfortable with field sales and frequent client/property visits.
- Should have a strong desire to build a career in commercial real estate.
