Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, control panel, VVVF drive, motor, sensor, and safety circuit issues.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
- Supervise and guide Service Technicians at sites.
- Conduct regular safety and equipment inspections.
- Identify recurring faults and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain service reports, breakdown records, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding technical issues and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
- Monitor elevator performance, uptime, and service quality.
- Coordinate for required spare parts and technical support.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Have experience in Elevator Industry

2. Have done Diploma or BE. in Electrical
