About the Role

Ace Web Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage and oversee the complete HR function of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience across end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.

This is a senior HR role requiring someone who can work closely with management, understand business requirements, build effective HR processes, and manage the complete employee lifecycle with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the organization's end-to-end HR function.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business and workforce requirements.




- Manage manpower planning and workforce requirements across departments.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, joining documentation, and employee records.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and probation processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, working hours, and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with management/accounts for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and workplace standards.
