Job Description – Legal & Compliance Manager

Main Objective

Manage client legal and compliance requirements by understanding their needs, coordinating with the appropriate CA/CS/Lawyer, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client requirements related to legal and compliance matters.
- Prepare and maintain legal/compliance checklists and documentation.
- Allocate client requirements to the appropriate CA, CS, Lawyer, or other professional.
- Coordinate with professionals and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Review documents for completeness and basic compliance requirements.
- Track TAT (Turnaround Time) and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their requirements.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the concerned senior/professional.
- Maintain and monitor compliance calendars, deadlines, renewals, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client cases, documents, communications, and completed assignments.




- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in legal, compliance, corporate services, CA/CS firm, or related coordination role.
- Positive understanding of legal and corporate compliance processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.

This role is primarily focused on Coordination & Compliance Management. The candidate will not provide independent legal opinions, legal advice, or represent themselves as a lawyer unless they are appropriately qualified and authorized to do so.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
