We are seeking a qualified and experienced Purchase Manager to join our dynamic team at Crescent Opto Pvt. Ltd, a leading LED manufacturing company. The Purchase Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services required for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Forecast demand for materials and services to optimize inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, engineering, and quality control teams, to identify purchasing needs and specifications.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including issuing purchase orders, tracking orders, and resolving discrepancies.
- Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and new technologies relevant to LED manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration and Bachelors or masters in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the Electrical manufacturing industry.
