Role & responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementations
• Conduct business blueprint workshops to gather transportation and logistics requirements
• Design and configure SAP TM components including:
• Transportation Network & Master Data
• Freight Order Management
• Transportation Planning & Optimization
• Carrier Selection, Tendering & Tracking
• Charge Calculation, Freight Settlement & Dispute Management
• Configure integration between SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA (SD, EWM, MM, FI)
• Define and configure pricing procedures, charge types, and settlement documents
• Support data migration (locations, lanes, business partners, rates)
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements




• Coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for interfaces, reports, and enhancements
• Execute and support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and cutover activities
• Support go-live and hypercare phases
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer
• Ensure best practices, clean core, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Experience
• Robust hands-on experience in SAP TM implementations
• Experience with S/4HANA Embedded TM (preferred)
• Integration knowledge with SD, EWM, and FI
• Understanding of transportation planning, freight costing, and settlement
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
