We are looking for a skilled HRBP with robust expertise in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, HR Operations & Employee Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be responsible for payroll coordination, PF/ESI, labour compliance, HR MIS, audits, policies, onboarding, exits, and employee support.

Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Manage PF/ESI and labour compliance, including registration and returns filing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR MIS reports.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for HR operations.
- Support onboarding and exit processes for new and terminating employees.
