Role Description:

The Senior Creative Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position leads the creative function, overseeing concept development, visual and verbal brand direction, and execution across campaigns, digital assets, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring creative teams, reviewing and refining design and copy, and ensuring all work aligns with brand strategy and business objectives. The role collaborates closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into compelling creative solutions. The Senior Creative Director is also responsible for setting creative standards, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and maintaining efficient workflows and timelines for multiple concurrent projects.





Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading creative teams and managing end-to-end creative processes for brands or campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, brand storytelling, and integrated creative work across digital and traditional channels.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and present creative rationale confidently.
- Proficiency with design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent), and familiarity with current design, content, and marketing trends.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an inclusive and cutting-edge team culture.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communications
