Role Description
The HOD – Digital is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for leading the digital marketing and strategy function for diverse government and corporate clients.



The role involves developing and overseeing comprehensive digital strategies, managing social media marketing, performance campaigns, SEO, and online branding initiatives. The HOD – Digital will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate with design, content, and technology units, and ensure timely delivery of digital projects aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign planning, data-driven performance analysis, client communication, budget management, and optimization of digital channels for maximum impact. The role also includes mentoring team members, implementing best practices, and staying updated on emerging digital trends and platforms.
