Position Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good basic knowledge of metals, particularly stainless steel.
- Experience in supplier/vendor visits, vendor development, and vendor follow-up.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers for quality, delivery, and technical discussions.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.

Position Specific Skills
- Good knowledge of stainless steel grades, specifications, and applications.
- Basic understanding of metal manufacturing processes such as rolling, slitting, annealing, and pickling.
- Experience in supplier/vendor development, vendor evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to conduct supplier visits, audits,



and technical discussions.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely material delivery.
- Knowledge of quality parameters, material test certificates (MTC), and inspection requirements.
- Valuable negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for procurement and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination with production, quality, and planning teams.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
