ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing month-end close activities, GL accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for USA-based operations. The role requires delivering accurate and timely financial insights, analysing performance against budgets and forecasts, strengthening financial controls, and driving process improvements to support effective business decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage
Accounts Payable (AP)
activities, including invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Oversee
Accounts Receivable (AR)
processes, including customer billing,



invoicing, collections, and receivable reconciliations.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to junior team members and review their work when required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support finance operations and business requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of effective finance systems and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the
monthly financial close process

- Perform and oversee
General Ledger (GL) accounting
