About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our Pan-India Virtual Office business.

The role involves a combination of B2B sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, partner acquisition and business development. You will work with businesses looking for Virtual Office solutions as well as coworking spaces and business centres that can become our partners across India.

This is a high-ownership role in a growing business. You will be expected to independently identify opportunities, build relationships, generate business and take initiatives to improve growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business through inbound and outbound channels.
- Identify, qualify and convert potential customers.
- Handle the sales process from initial enquiry to closure.
- Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp, email and other forms of business outreach.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Virtual Office solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within approved pricing.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Identify and onboard recent coworking spaces, business centres and other potential Virtual Office partners across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate partner onboarding.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth customer fulfilment.
- Identify new cities, customer segments, partnerships and channels for business growth.
- Track sales, leads, conversions and other business development activities.
- Monitor market and competitor offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of our Virtual Office business into a technology-enabled marketplace/e-commerce platform.
