ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced *General Manager – EPC / Projects* to lead end-to-end construction and project execution for a growing Builder & Developer organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving *project delivery, execution strategy, cost, quality, safety, timelines and stakeholder management*, while ensuring that projects are delivered as per approved specifications and business objectives.

This is a leadership role requiring strong exposure to *residential / commercial building construction, EPC/project management and multi-disciplinary site operations.*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Project Planning & Execution*
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution and handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules and milestone plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.




- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, materials, machinery and contractors.

*Construction & Site Management*
- Oversee structural, civil, finishing and associated MEP activities.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC and contractors.
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor productivity, resource planning and site performance.

*Cost & Commercial Management*
- Monitor project budgets, cost overruns and resource utilisation.
- Review contractor bills, variations, extra items and work orders.
- Drive cost optimisation without compromising quality or safety.
- Support vendor/contractor negotiations and commercial decision-making.

*Quality & Safety*
- Ensure robust quality-control
