Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems using Dialogflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots into existing customer service platforms.
- Develop custom integrations between IVR systems and CRM software for seamless data exchange.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IVR system performance, functionality, and user experience.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in developing IVR solutions using Dialogflow or similar technologies.
- Robust understanding of chatbot development principles and best practices.
- Experience working with CRM software integration for data synchronization purposes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to IVR systems.
