Infra Test Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Test Lead to lead the design, deployment, management, and optimization of enterprise technology infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and on-premises data centers. The role will provide technical leadership to infrastructure teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure infrastructure solutions meet business, performance, scalability, availability, security, and continuity requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
- Oversee the deployment and management of workloads on Azure using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
- Develop infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and the organization's technology roadmap.
- Manage and oversee technology infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, cloud services, and data centers.
- Lead and manage teams of DevOps, Network Engineers, and Desktop Engineers for infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development, operations, security,



and product teams to implement infrastructure best practices.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security.
- Optimize cloud costs, infrastructure performance, and data center operations.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of technology infrastructure assets, including asset records, updates, and timely client notifications.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture diagrams, technical specifications, operational manuals, and other technical documentation.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
